Shipping Information
Order Processing
We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days of purchase. During peak seasons, processing may occasionally extend to 3 days.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Via EMS, arriving within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Phytosanitary certificates are included with all international shipments.
Our Returns Philosophy
As fellow plant enthusiasts, we understand that living specimens require special consideration. Our policy honors both your satisfaction and the plants’ wellbeing.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their delicate nature, we cannot accept returns on:
- Rare conifers (Abies, Adpressus varieties)
- Hybrid cultivars (Azalea girard x series)
Exceptions are made if these items arrive damaged in transit.
Returns Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Contact our Garden Support team within 15 days of receipt at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the plant(s)
- Reason for return
- Exchange requests (if applicable)
Step 2: Approval
We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions if approved.
Step 3: Ship Back
Return the plant in its original packaging to:

Step 4: Inspection
Our horticulturists will examine returned plants upon arrival.
Step 5: Resolution
You’ll receive notification of your replacement or refund within 3 business days after inspection.
Exchanges
Prefer a different specimen? We’re happy to exchange your plant for another of equal value within 15 days. Popular exchange choices include:
- Acer varieties
- Albizia species
- Amelanchier cultivars
Refund Information
Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return.
Payment Methods
- Credit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
International Returns
For returns outside the U.S.:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- Some countries may require phytosanitary certificates – we’ll guide you through this process
