Buy Pirbright Rose Heather online. This low-growing evergreen shrub is a beautiful addition for the winter landscape. Small, bell-shaped, dusty pink flowers hang from the tips of the branches from late winter through early spring. ‘Pirbright Rose’ has a low, spreading habit that is excellent as a groundcover for sunny areas or for adding interest to winter containers. Heathers are in the same family as rhododendrons and azaleas and have the same preference for slightly acidic soils. They require full sun and do not tolerate wet soils well.
